When you order, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address and the Mobile Money transaction details you submit. Your shopping bag is stored only on your device.
Why we use it
To process, verify and deliver your order, contact you about it, answer your questions and prevent fraud or misuse.
How we protect it
Order records are stored securely. Payment evidence is private and visible only to authorised staff. We never publish customer contact details and never sell your information.
Order tracking and device storage
Tracking requires your order code or reference and checkout phone number. Your device remembers your bag; your order record and payment status are held securely by the store. Clearing your browser does not cancel an order.
Your choices
To ask for a copy or correction of your information, contact us. Some payment and order records must be kept for business and legal reasons.
