Wrong size, wrong item or damaged on arrival? A photo helps us sort it out faster.

We will tell you whether it can be returned or exchanged and how to send or drop it off.

Resolution
Once we receive and check the item, we confirm your exchange or refund.
Please keep in mind
- Keep items unused, with their tags and original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and opened fragrances or deodorants may not be returnable.
- Check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem as soon as possible.
