Prices are shown in Ghana cedis. Final prices and stock are confirmed when your order is created, and the delivery fee is shown before you confirm.

Each order receives a unique eight-digit code. Copy it from your order summary and keep it with the phone number you used at checkout. The code identifies your order; it is not a payment confirmation. Never share your Mobile Money PIN.

Provide a name and a 10-digit Ghanaian phone number so we can contact you. Email is optional. For delivery, include your region, town and street address; a landmark helps us find you.

Mobile Money payments are checked manually. An order or a submitted transaction ID is not proof that money has been received; only the Verified payment status confirms it.

Items are held for the payment window shown on your order. Unpaid orders may expire and release their items. Orders with submitted payment details are reviewed before any further action.

For questions, corrections or cancellations, contact customer support with your order code and checkout phone number. Order changes depend on stock and dispatch status.
